From October 15 to 18, 2026, INTERFORST, the leading international trade fair for forestry and forest technology, will once again bring the industry to Munich. Every four years, the trade fair proves that forestry extends far beyond the forest. FORST live in Offenburg is Germany’s largest annual demonstration show for forestry technology, renewable energy, and hunting. More than 360 exhibitors from 15 countries showcase state-of-the-art technology, machinery, and services across 57,000 m² of exhibition space—in a practical, real-world setting and in live operation.

The next AUSTROFOMA will take place from September 21 to 23, 2027, at Hochficht, Upper Austria, in the forests surrounding Schlägl Abbey.

Along with Elmia Wood and the KWF Conference, it is one of the three major events dedicated to showcasing machinery and equipment for multifunctional and climate-friendly forest management. A highlight of the event is that the machines are in actual operation, allowing visitors to see firsthand their functionality and how they work in a way that minimizes impact on the forest.

Online ticket presales for visitors will begin in the spring of 2027. Online tickets will be significantly cheaper than those purchased at the on-site box office.
